How to prevent wrong materials in SMT chip processing plant? SMT technology equipment is a high price fast automatic equipment in the workshop of PCB Factory. As long as the production starts, the production can complete the order task in a short time. However, there is also the risk that SMT technicians load the wrong material tray. If there is an error, the output of the whole instruction sheet is all ng products, which will bring huge losses to the PCB Factory. Therefore, at present, SMT technology workshop will organize considerable resources to carefully check the bill of materials before SMT machine starts production to ensure that everything is correct, Start production after achieving smooth production effect. However, at present, most SMT machine loading inspection and verification are realized manually. Most of the main error sources of SMT wrong material are as follows:
(1) The material identification of the material reel is wrong, and the material name does not correspond to the physical object;
(2) Wrong material preparation quantity of material reel, especially insufficient quantity;
(3) The feeder number corresponds to the material reel one by one and is copied manually, which is likely to copy the wrong data;
(4) After feeding the feeder, the placement sequence is wrong when pushing the SMT machine.
(5) The fundamental reason is that manual operation will inevitably lead to omissions at any time,
In order to solve the errors that are easy to occur in the process of SMT manual material alignment, PCB manufacturers use the SMT error proof system with PDA to automatically check whether there are errors in materials and reduce the occurrence of wrong materials to the greatest extent.
The method to realize error prevention: the combination of software and hardware, and the use of bar code technology, the system automatically matches whether the materials used in engineering BOM, station list and actual operation are correct.
The key steps to realize error proofing in SMT processing plant are as follows:
1. The technical operator of SMT machine can import the location table of the mounter with one key in the system and automatically compare the system BOM, so as to effectively prevent the error of the location table.
2. When SMT technology workshop production line employees load and receive materials, scan the station number on the machine with a scanning gun, and then scan the bar code label on the material. SMT technology equipment machine system will automatically check whether the loading is correct. If there is an error, SMT machine system will automatically alarm and lock the line. The alarm can be released only after IPQC confirms the reason and enters the password. Employees receive materials privately and alarm and stop the line.
3. The station confirmed by the production line scanning of SMT technology workshop will prompt the measured value on the computer of IPQC. IPQC transmits the measured value data to the system through the bridge instrument, and the SMT machine system will automatically determine the measured value results.
4. The SMT technical workshop group can start production only after all the measured values of IPQC for the first feeding pass.
